Vista Adolescent Treatment Center is a unique residential treatment facility with a strong belief and passion for the relationships we create with our adolescents. Vista believes that good, solid, effective therapy begins with the relationship we build with your child. Vista prides itself on the small family style environment we create for the young men and women we work with. Vista's home-like setting fosters feelings of safety, security, and trust, as your child begins to address the difficulties and struggles they have been experiencing. As this therapeutic transformation takes place, the need for individual support is crucial for your child. As a result, Vista provides the necessary one on one attention your child demands so as to continue their positive therapeutic momentum. Helping your child develop the skills necessary to be happy, more confident, peaceful with themselves, their choices, and their relationship with their loved ones is our goal and commitment to those we work with. Vista Adolescent Treatment Center is dedicated to helping young men, women and their families heal from the many difficulties of life and personal choice.

Our residential treatment center is licensed by the Department of Human Service Office of Licensing, and accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). To further assist our clients, Vista also integrates a full curriculum educational program through the Vista Private School. Our private school is located within our treatment center, and is accredited by Northwest Associations of Schools, Colleges and Universities. Our educational institution offers course work in all areas so that your son/daughter will not fall behind educationally during their therapeutic journey. In many cases, students who have been academically deficient in some areas of their education do to poor grades, truancy, or dropping out of school, have been able to advance their academics and graduate with a high school diploma from Vista Private School. Our academic staff work diligently to comprehend where the student has previously been, what educational credits have been achieved and what educational needs are still pending to bring the student to a matriculated status. Further, our academic director and school principal work individually with each student to ascertain their specific needs and learning styles. Our one on one attention affords many educational opportunities and learning experiences to the students. As a result, many of our students are able to catch up in their studies while others are able to advance their status toward graduation. Vista's core curricula are strictly designed to meet competency standards mandated by the Utah State Board of Education. All grades and credits are fully transferable to any school in the country.
